Spring in Japan is special. Cheery trees in full bloom, Hanami parties, and, we were told, the freshest of fish. We stayed with our buddy JP, rode though the narrow Tokyo streets on fixed gears, received the worst and best of fortunes at the temple and made homemade gyoza with eight year olds in the same room MUDMAN frames are brazed.
