Refund policy
We accept returns up to 90 days from purchase. Return shipping costs are paid for by the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please include your order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

EU Right to Withdraw
If you are a consumer located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period."

You may use the withdrawal button or link available on our store, or contact us directly. After submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive an email confirmation.
Returning Your Order
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, such as custom or personalized items, sealed goods that have been opened.
